Returns & refunds
Due to the nature of our products being custom made for you with your personalization we do not accept returns. If the product is faulty we will replace it.
Shipping
We ship our products from Canada or Australia, depending where we happen to be at the time. All our shipping is tracked and you will receive a tracking number for your item.
We have no control over couriers and shipping companies but will endeavour to work with you if your item is delayed. Please note we can not take responsibility for items stolen from your front door.
