What Are the Differences Between the Two Styles of Mask Straps?
Thread-Through Style
This type of strap works with your original rubber or silicone mask strap. Simply remove one side of your existing strap, thread it through the new neoprene mask strap, and reattach it to your mask. The neoprene strap enhances comfort while your original strap remains in place.
Full Replacement Style
This option fully replaces your original strap. Instead of using the rubber or silicone strap, you’ll attach our neoprene strap directly to your mask using the provided Velcro closures. It’s secure, durable, and won’t come apart.
What Can Be Embroidered?
Embroidery offers durability and a high-quality finish, unlike printed designs that may peel or crack. However, embroidery isn’t ideal for fine details. Larger, simpler designs work best for clear and vibrant results.
How Much Text Can I Include?
Short text works best! Avoid lengthy phrases, as small or crowded lettering can reduce clarity. Remember, just like the fear of long words (Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia), your gear prefers concise messaging.
What Images Can Be Embroidered?
We love creating custom designs for your gear! However, we cannot use copyrighted images, such as sports team logos or Disney characters like Nemo. That said, we’re happy to help source copyright-free images for you. Past designs have included dogs, dinosaurs, hamburgers, and goats. Let us know your idea, and we’ll bring it to life!

What Should I Know About Shipping?
Costs and Options
Shipping rates are determined by carriers, not us. We offer two options:
- Standard Shipping: Affordable, via regular postal services.
- Expedited Shipping: Faster, through UPS or DHL, with delivery in 1–5 days.
We work with USPS, APC, Purolator, ICS Courier, Australia Post, and Canada Post. Custom orders may take up to three weeks to ship, though we usually dispatch much sooner.
International Shipping and Duties
For international orders, your government may charge import duties. We include all necessary documentation with your package and require your phone number and email for customs communication. Please note that any import fees are your responsibility.
Where Are Your Mask Straps Made?
Our straps are handmade in Canada or Australia, depending on where we’re located at the time. Yes, it’s as amazing as it sounds! Your order will ship from one of these two countries.
Return policy
As your items are custom made there are no refunds. If the product is faulty, wrong or you are REALLY not happy with it, then please get in touch and we will make it right.
